Awful care, rude staff and didn’t feel at ease at all, staff took my words out of context and thought themselves doctors telling me what I do and don’t have when they didn’t even look at me, just got an opinion and ran with it.

Everything, get new staff.

There is a wait but this is to be expected as people only have one pair of hands .

All of the staff I encountered were really nice, from the staff at reception, to the nurses doing my screening. I was provided with a professional yet very friendly service. I found the whole process reassuring from start to finish. Thank you so much to the nurses who seen me. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but both of them were amazing!
